B. Website usage information (analytics)
If you accept analytics cookies/tracking, we collect information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP), device/browser information, referral sources, and interactions/events (depending on configuration). This is typically collected via Google Analytics.

C. Technical/security data

We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g., health data) through the website. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data unless it is strictly necessary.

3) How we use your data

We use personal data to:

  1. Respond to enquiries and communicate with you

  2. Prepare proposals and deliver services, including project administration and reporting

  3. Manage our business relationship, including invoicing and contract administration

  6. Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax/accounting) and handle legal claims where needed

4) Lawful bases for processing

We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR (depending on context):

  • Contract / steps prior to contract: to provide quotes, proposals, and deliver agreed services

  • Legitimate interests: to run and protect our business, respond to B2B enquiries, and maintain website security (balanced against your rights)

  • Legal obligation: where we must keep records or respond to lawful requests

  • Consent: for non-essential cookies/tracking, including analytics cookies (see section 9)

5) Who we share your data with

We share data only where necessary, for example with:

Some providers (for example, Google) may process data outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) to help ensure an adequate level of protection.

7) How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described:

  • Financial records: typically 6 years

  • Website logs/security records: typically up to 12 months (unless needed for investigations)

8) Your rights

You have rights under UK GDPR, including the right to:

To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in section 1.

Complaints: You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator.

9) Cookies, tracking, and Google Analytics (GoDaddy site)

Our website is built using GoDaddy Websites + Marketing. When enabled, GoDaddy provides a cookie banner that allows visitors to accept or decline tracking. GoDaddy’s help guidance explains that third-party tracking (such as Google Analytics) is only loaded when a visitor accepts tracking.

Analytics (Google Analytics):
If you accept analytics tracking, Google Analytics may set cookies and collect information about how you use the site to help us understand performance and improve content and user experience.

Consent requirement:
Under PECR, non-essential cookies (including analytics cookies) generally require user consent, and you must provide clear information about what they do and why.

How to manage preferences:

  • Use the cookie banner choices when you first visit the site; and/or

  • Use any cookie settings option provided on the site (if present); and/or

  • Adjust your browser settings to delete or block cookies (note: blocking some cookies may affect site functionality).

GoDaddy “Advanced Tracking”:
GoDaddy may also offer an “Advanced Tracking” setting that collects aggregated, anonymised metrics and supports dashboard insights; GoDaddy states this is separate from individual behavioural tracking and is relevant to enabling third-party tracking in Websites + Marketing.

10) Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No website can guarantee absolute security, but we work to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

11) Third-party links

Our website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their privacy policies separately.

12) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest revision.
